Lost Your License Key?

If you can't find your license key email, you can recover it using the email address you used to purchase.

Recovery Steps

1. Visit parrotscribe.com/license-recovery
2. Enter the email address used for purchase
3. Click Recover License
4. Check your inbox for the recovery email

The email contains:

• Your license key
• Instructions to activate

Didn't Receive the Email?

Check spam/junk folders

License recovery emails come from support@parrotscribe.com. Check your spam folder and add this address to your contacts.

Verify the email address

Make sure you're using the exact email address from your purchase. Common issues:

• Typos in the email address
• Using a different email than the one used for purchase
• Work vs personal email confusion

Still not working?

Contact support with:

• The email address you believe you used
• Approximate purchase date
• Any transaction/receipt information you have

Prevent Future Issues

• Star or label your license email for easy finding
• Save your license key in a password manager
• Forward the email to a backup email address
