What Gets Captured

ParrotScribe can capture two audio sources:

Microphone - Your voice and room audio. Use for meetings and conversations.

System Audio - What plays through your Mac. Use for online meetings, videos, and podcasts.

By default, both sources are enabled. You can toggle them in Settings.

Find Your Transcription

Click Open Transcript Folder in the menu to access your transcriptions.

Transcriptions are saved to ~/Documents/ParrotScribe/.

Each session creates a .tscript file named with start and end timestamps. The file contains timestamped entries with source markers (M=microphone, S=system audio).
