Session Viewer

Session Viewer is where you inspect transcripts, verify details, and extract what matters from recorded sessions.

Start in Library

Use Library to find the right session first.

• Search session history and filter by speaker, date range, or retained-audio availability.
• Sort by date, duration, or speaker count.
• Organize sessions in folders and add comments for retrieval context.
• Select a session and open it for detailed review.

Read in Session Viewer

The default viewer layout is optimized for focused transcript reading with timeline context.

When retained audio is available, you can read the transcript while listening to the same session. This helps validate key statements, quotes, and decisions before sharing notes.

• Use playback controls to listen through retained audio in sequence.
• Follow transcript text while audio plays.
• Use the timeline to jump to the relevant moment.

Navigate transcript context

Each session is made up of transcript segments with assigned speakers.

Move through segments as context shifts during a conversation.

As sessions get longer, navigation matters more than raw transcript length. Session Viewer keeps you oriented while moving between segments.

Use timeline + transcript together to quickly verify what happened before and after a key segment.

Use Session Viewer to review the surrounding audio and transcript before correcting a segment's speaker.

Control playback pace

When retained audio is available, adjust playback speed while reviewing fast exchanges or uncertain segments.

Playback speed options are 0.5x, 0.75x, 1x, 1.25x, 1.5x, and 2x.

Correct a Segment's Speaker

For initial naming when a transcript has generic labels, open Identify Speakers from the menu bar or Library. See Speaker Recognition for the naming workflow.

When a segment is assigned to the wrong person, select the segment and choose Identify as.... Choose the correct existing speaker, or select New Speaker... if the person is not in your speaker list.

• Review uncertain segments with audio playback
• Correct only the segments assigned to the wrong speaker
• Keep speaker labels consistent within the session
