Session Controls
| Action | Menu Bar |
|---|---|
| Start | Click Start Listening |
| Stop | Click Stop Listening |
| New session | Click New Session |
To stop a session, click Stop Listening in the menu.

Accessing Sessions
Use Show Library... from the menu bar dropdown to access all sessions, transcripts, and speaker tools.

Session Duration
There's no fixed maximum session length. For long calls, use New Session when topic or context changes so retrieval stays clean later.
Tip: For very long sessions (multiple hours), consider breaking into separate recordings for easier navigation later.
